The plan was approved by the Legislative Administration Council (CAL), based on the safety guidelines established by the national Emergency Operations Committee (COE).

According to the plan, 40 parliamentarians, among them presidents and vice-presidents of the permanent legislative committees, as well as those of the CAL, are expected to return to the headquarters of the legislature.

As planned, the remaining assembly members will return from September to December.

While Covid-19 emergency lasts, if necessary, minimum face-to-face work teams will be maintained and they could not exceed the maximum percentage established by the national COE.
