The poll, conducted by the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard University and The Harris Poll, also assessed the role of Congress, which lowered voter acceptance by 9% from last month and has a 46% disapproval.

The figures revealed are unfavorable for both Democrats and GOPers amid the rise in those coronavirus-infected people due to the spread of the Delta variant across the country, The Hill reported.

Such an increase placed once again the Covid-19 pandemic as top priority and, according to 36% of those surveyed, the Covid-19 management is the most important problem in the United States, even above economy and employment.

Local media outlets warned that while Biden’s popularity is on the decline, it is still higher than his predecessor Donald Trump´s, who never exceeded 50% admiration.
