The regulation stipulates that the results of the assistance to that Federal District, including economic assistance, must be reported by October 1 to the Russian Executive.

The Ministries of Finance, Natural Resources, Construction, Transport, Agriculture, Health, Education and Energy will be involved in the response, as well as other federal executive bodies whose objects of work were affected by the emergency.

According to the instructions, the members of the governmental commission must ensure the participation of the labor forces of the Far East territories in these tasks.

The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare, together with the executive authorities of the regions, will take measures to ensure health and anti-epidemiological requirements in the areas affected by natural disasters.

Since the beginning of the fire season in Russia, the area of forests damaged by fire has exceeded six million hectares, the head of the Russian Ministry of Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Catastrophe Liquidation, Yevgeny Zinichev, reported the day before.

At a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the progress of the fight against wildfires, Zinichev explained that since the beginning of the summer 11,000 fires have been registered in the country.
