Cuerpo : We receive the messages sent so far by the Talibans to foreigners, diplomatic representations and local citizens. We hope that this is reflected in acts, the Turkish foreign minister said at a press briefing in Ankara.

Afghan insurgents declared on Sunday the end of the war in that nation after their fighters entered Kabul, the capital.

The event caused that crowds of people leave the country, which generated chaos.

Mohammad Naeem, spokesman for the Taliban’s political office, told Al Jazeera that the armed group would soon decide the kind and form of the new Government and also assured that security will be provided to citizens and diplomatic missions.
