The uniformed men blocked the passage of five vehicles and blocked their entrance to the city of Qamishli in the extreme northeast of Hasakeh, reported the national agency SANA.
It added that the caravan had to retreat at the insistence of the Syrian military at one of the checkpoints to block its path.
