The association affirmed through a communiqué its commitment to the defense of the Cuban Revolution against the media campaigns organized to create chaos and recalled the implications of similar attacks, after the electoral process held last November 7 in the Central American nation.

According to the solidarity network, in addition to the criminal economic, commercial and financial blockade, the United States is using the world health emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic as a political weapon against the people of the intellectual and poet Jose Marti and the leader Fidel Castro.

The groups involved pointed out the especially difficult situation experienced in the Caribbean nation due to the lack of products, services and basic medicines and highlighted its scientific achievements with the creation of three vaccines and two vaccine candidates.

The text recalled that on November 15, Cuba will resume its economic, social, school, cultural and political activities, a moment selected by the enemies to organize a media strategy and march, aimed at a supposed change of regime.

“This term refers to the so-called soft coups, promoted by the imperialist states for the overthrow of legally constituted governments. The peoples know that this is a destabilization operation designed by Washington, with operators and material and financial resources”, he referred.

The document of the Nicaraguan Anti-imperialist Network of Solidarity with the Peoples Augusto C. Sandino pointed out that the majority of the countries support the right of Cuba to solve its problems in peace and the overcoming of its challenges and economic transformations, without foreign interference or aggressions.
