The Jose Marti Cultural Association on Monday reiterated its support for Cuba during an event held in the framework of the commemorative activities for the 1973 student rebellion in this European country against the military dictatorship, an event that history records as the events of Athens Polytechnic.
With banners and shouts of “down with the blockade”, participants expressed their friendship and support for Cuba, as well as their rejection of the provocations by the enemies of the Revolution, the organization pointed out.
The meeting was attended by several groups, including the Greek chapter of the Network in Defense of Humanity.
