Communist parties of Cuba and Vietnam consolidate their ties

Havana, Nov 18 (Prensa Latina) Representatives of the communist parties of Cuba (PCC) and Vietnam (PCV) ratified the commitment to give continuity to the relations of these political forces during a virtual exchange released today.

According to the local newspaper Granma, the meeting was headed by the head of the Ideological Department of the Central Committee of the island’s organization, Rogelio Polanco, and Nguyen Trong Nghia, head of the Propaganda and Education Commission of the PCV.

In the dialogue to share experiences, Polanco spoke about the reopening that the country is experiencing after having controlled the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the same way, he notified about the implementation of the ideas, concepts and guidelines of the 8th. Congress of the PCC, held in April this year.
