Cuba reports 234 new Covid-19 cases and three deaths

Havana, Nov 23 (Prensa Latina) Cuba reported 234 new Covid-19 cases, totaling 961,276 ones, and three deaths, due to complications, the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) confirmed on Tuesday.

In its daily report posted on its website, MINSAP mourned the deaths, totaling 8,298 since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020.

Some 14,134 samples were studied on November 22, so the total number of real-time PCR tests performed in Cuba has risen to 10,961,558.

Some 1,251 patients are in hospitals, 1,215 of whom have a stable clinical evolution, 25 are in a serious state and 11 are in critical conditions.

Some 346 people were discharged, totaling 951,670 recovered patients (99 percent), according to the report.
