Pretoria, Nov 23 (Prensa Latina) The first vice president of the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources of Cuba (INRH), Bladimir Matos, is in South Africa to address issues of common interest with his counterparts, it was disclosed here today.

According to a note from the Cuban embassy in South Africa on his Facebook profile, Matos arrived accompanied by a delegation of INRH directors to hold the V Meeting of the Joint Steering Committee between the South African Department of Water and Sanitation, and the Institute.
