For his part, Leon Richard said the document penned on Wednesday is very significant within the context of the First Junior Pan-American Games Cali-Valle 2021, and added that he was very satisfied and honored.
This agreement will strengthen collaboration in many areas of the sports movement, he said, and stressed that Colombia has become an example in the organization of sports events.
We have a lot to learn from the Colombians in sports such as skating or cycling, he said before showing his counterpart the progress made by Cuba in the training of technicians and sports professionals and in the medical area related to this activity.
