According to information published on the President’s Twitter account, the head of State said that the government’s program in that town in the municipality of Cumanayagua covers all sectors.

The changes range from the rehabilitation of spaces to the creation of new services, such as a new community pharmacy, a long-standing desire of the residents of the community, who had to travel more than 12 kilometers to buy their medicines.

Cuba is developing a broad plan for the recovery of areas, improvements in communications, community services, transportation and health care in areas that are considered vulnerable.

The work involves ministries, mass organizations and local entities, as well as the population itself, in charge of determining what the main priorities are.

On several occasions, the president has called for the systematization of transformations, based on a correct use of resources for social programs in the budget.
