This day’s figure is the fifth in the whole year in which the number of cases fell below 100, after a period with considerable numbers of infected people, which raised the total to 963,493 since March 2020.

The Minsap report indicates that 384 people remain with the active virus, of whom 369 have a stable clinical evolution, while eight are critical and seven are seriously ill.
The provinces with the highest numbers were Holguin with 24 cases, Camagüey (nine), Ciego de Avila (six) and Havana with five confirmed cases.
