During the talk, the second between both leaders in last two months, Putin explained that Moscow will present proposals for legal agreements excluding NATO´s expansion in Ukraine and other neighboring countries.

According to the text, NATO’s strengthening of Kiev’s military infrastructure creates a direct threat to Russia’s security.

The Russian head of state warned about the significance of starting negotiations immediately to develop clear international legal agreements that exclude any further NATO´s expansion.
