The Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Faisal bin Farhan, was in charge of the summary words of the GCC Summit held in Riyadh and dedicated to the security and stability of the region.
The council states aspire to intervene in the dialogue in Vienna, Austria, between Tehran and the 4+1 group (United Kingdom, France, Russia and China plus Germany) to reactivate the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, or “nuclear agreement”.
According to bin Farhan, Saudi Arabia maintains frequent contacts with the participants in these negotiations.
“We want a comprehensive and comprehensive nuclear deal with Iran, and we hope that the negotiations will be successful. Normal relations with Iran depend on it,” he said.
