Caracas, Dec 18 (Prensa Latina) Former Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza stands out today as the favorite to win the governorship of the state of Barinas on January 9, according to forecasts by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

“I want a plan from the peasants, women, men, from the grassroots of the town, what they have delivered to me in this assembly will be part of Governor Arreaza’s program, and it will be,” he stressed.
