Body: Putin stressed the importance of immediately starting international dialogues to develop legal commitments that exclude the expansion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in border countries and the deployment of weapons, especially in Ukraine.

In this sense, the Russian head of state informed his French counterpart about the efforts being made by his country’s diplomacy to achieve positive results that favor stability and regional order.

During the exchange of opinions, both leaders expressed satisfaction with the stability of the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement, and praised the efforts being made to build a peaceful life and reestablish economic and transportation ties in the region.
