In a message for the 63rd anniversary of the Cuban Revolution, the French association – established in 1998 to foster rapprochement between the two nations – praised Cuba´s resistance against what it branded as “the aggressive and permanent harassment of the the United States.”

2021 was a particularly compex year due to Covid-19´s negative impact and to the pain it caused to the Cuban families, and especially because of the vicious US attacks and its tightened criminal blockade so as to stifle Cuba´s economy, the association warned.

None of these actions precluded Cuba from reaffirming that its people have their destiny in their hands in order to build up a dignified and fairer society, better for all its inhabitants and in solidarity with all peoples.

Cuba faced up these challenges resolutely, proving the whole world its people is on the right track.

Cuba Linda celebrated Cuba´s breakthroughs amid present complex scenario, particularly its fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, by developing its own vaccine candidates that made it possible to immunize 90% of its population and share them with other nations.
