The number of patients admitted is 32,857, 15,541 of whom are suspected, 159 are under epidemiological surveillance and 17,157 are confirmed active cases (286 fewer than the previous day), according to the daily report released by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).

Of the total number of cases at the end on Sunday, 3,238 were contacts of confirmed cases, 54 had a source of infection abroad and in 15 cases the source of infection could not be determined.

There are 17,157 patients admitted to hospitals, 17,099 with a stable clinical evolution, while 58 patients are being treated in intensive care: 17 critical and 41 serious.

Cuba accumulates one million 25,419 contagions since March 11, 2020 and the total number of deaths as a consequence of the pandemic reached 8,367.
