At least 10,576,040 people have received a first dose, including those convalescing from the disease who are injected with Soberana Plus, according to the report from the Ministry of Public Health.
Of that total, 9,350,796 elderly Cubans have already received the second dose, and the third dose was adminstered to 9,22,685 people, the Minsap added, based on data closing on February 2.
In addition, 9,836,613 people are fully vaccinated, which represents 87.9 percent of the country’s population (11.33 million).
A fourth dose (booster) has benefited 5,444,799 citizens, a number that is advancing by the day and is approaching half of the Cuban population.
