Germany is ranked first with five gold medals, two of which were won on Wednesday by Vinzenz Geiger in Nordic combined in the individual Gundersen normal and Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt in the doubles title, their third medal in this category.
Norway comes second (which was at one point first in the medal table), followed by Sweden, the Netherlands and China.
On Wednesday, Norwegian Birk Ruud (freestyle skiing big air), South Korean Hwang Daeheon (men’s short track 1,500 m), Slovakian Petra Vlhova (slalom skiing) and American Lindsay Jacobellis (snowboard cross) also won gold medals on Wednesday.
