Cuba changes international health control measures

Havana, Feb 16 (Prensa Latina) Cuba has changed some of its international health control protocols regarding present global health situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cuba´s Public Health Ministry (MINSAP, in Spanish) reported the mandatory quarantine measure for travelers from South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Malawi and Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) is over starting Wednesday 16.

These people, like passengers and crew from other nations, are required to present the corresponding negative PCR-RT test results, conducted up to 72 hours before taking the trip.

Passengers and crew members must also present the Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate with immunizers already passed by any of the corresponding Regulatory Agencies.

Cuban authorities keep remaining international health control measures unchanged, MINSAP´s official webpage reported.
