Those promoting the initiative are representatives of Pachakutik (Llori’s political movement), the Union for Hope Alliance and the Social Christian Party.
The proposal seeks that the plenary of the Parliament endorses the creation of a multiparty commission to review the work of the highest directive of the instance and of the Legislative Administration Council.
The promoters of the resolution are based on Article 18 of the Organic Law of the Legislative Function, which allows the dismissal of the authorities of the National Assembly, prior to a report prepared by an ad hoc commission integrated by five members, which determines non-compliance of functions.
On his part, Llori denounced an attempt of destabilization, while his coidee Mario Ruíz warned that there is no conspiracy against him.
