Militants and social movements are stationed in the vicinity of the Legislative Palace, in the well-known Plaza, and made a long line from the Casa Rosada to the Congress headquarters, to greet the president.

The head of State will go to the legislative area, where he will be received by vicepresident Cristina Fernández, who opened the session in her capacity as the Senate´s president.

Sensitive issues as the agreement with the International Monetary Fund to refinance the outstanding debt, health, women´s rights and the health situation will dintinguish the president´s speech.
