Moscow, March 2 (Prensa Latina) Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Serguei Lavrov, denounced today the informative terrorism plagued by millions of false news launched against his country that Russian authorities are constantly denying.

In an interview for the television channel Al Jazeera, published this Wednesday, the senior official stressed that this reached such a point the official website of the Foreign Ministry on the Internet opened a special section that shows the truth based on facts.

Lavrov emphasized before the Qatari chamber that Russia is capable of resisting any pressure and whoever doubts this can study its history, when it was an empire, later the Soviet Union, and so many episodes in which the nation was invaded by enemies.

He warned that the Eurasian country will find the way out to continue living and develop further if the West decides to lower the Iron Curtain.

“And we won’t even worry too much about what our Western partners have done, proving once again their utter unreliability and complete inability to negotiate,” he noted.

The foreign minister denounced the United States ambassadors travel the world to force different countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia to “do something” against Russia.

“We have quite a few partners in the international arena that, unlike Europe and some other countries, have not lost their independence and ability to be guided by their national interests. They are also under enormous pressure,” he said.

According to Lavrov, such an attitude is not worthy of the great power that is the United States. “But we are used to it. It has happened more than once in our history, when partners have acted from unscrupulous positions, with unscrupulous methods. We’ll get through it. I am 100 percent sure of it,” he said.
