In a commentary after concluding the Sunday Angelus mass, the Supreme Pontiff noted that in recent days Cardinals Konrad Krajewski, Almsgiver, and Michael Czerny, interim prefect of the Department for the Service of Integral Human Development, traveled to Ukraine to bring aid to the needy.
The presence of these two cardinals there is the presence not only of the Pope, but of all the Christian people who want to come forward and say: “War is madness, please stop it,” Francis said.
