The schools are located in Prague and the southeastern city of Brno and the teachers will give lessons in the native language of those students, according to Czech Education Minister Petr Gazdik.

The teaching staff is also made up of Ukrainian refugees, Gazdik wrote on his Twitter account.

About 100,000 people arrived in the country since the beginning of the special military operation undertaken by Russia in Ukraine.

Although Moscow clarified that the deployment is aimed at disabling the war infrastructure and not against the civilian population, more than 1.5 million Ukrainians have already left the country, according to the Kiev Government.
