Of this amount, more than 193,000 refugees come from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People´s Republic, where on February 18, these territories´authorities called for the evacuation due to the increase of shelling by Kiev forces.
According to the TASS news agency source, more than 50,000 of these people are Russian citizens, others are from Donetsk and Luhansk, Ukraine and other States.
The souce explained that the majority of them did not need help with housing, while more than 18,700 are in the temporary reception centers deployed by Russian authorities in 30 regions of the country.
