PCC Political Bureau Member and Secretary of Organization Roberto Morales Ojeda is also participating in the assembly at the University of Medical Sciences in the city of Pinar del Rio.

The Presidency said on Twitter that 248 delegates from across the province are taking part in the meeting, as well as Commanders Jose Ramon Machado Ventura and Julio Camacho Aguilera, who were invited.

The main report will be presented by Pinar del Rio PCC First Secretary Julio Cesar Rodriguez Pimentel, who will assess the work of this political organization and the implementation of the ideas, concepts and guidelines approved at the 8th PCC Congress in April, 2021.

The provincial assessment assemblies will be held across the country in March and April.

They will be held after the municipal and district assemblies, which took place between November 2021 and early March, to assess the incorporation of young people to the PCC, its cadre policy, and the exchange mechanisms with society.
