The fourth round of talks on peace, the end of hostilities, troop withdrawal and security guarantees will be difficult, commented Ukrainian presidential adviser Mikhail Podoliak on his Telegram account, quoted here by the local press.
Podoliak announced that the virtual meeting between the delegations of the two countries will take place on Monday morning, but without clarifying a specific time zone.
The Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, announced yesterday in Moscow that the fourth meeting, since the first one held on February 28, would take place by videoconference.
Russia demands the demilitarization of Ukraine, constitutional guarantees of neutrality, recognition of the self-proclaimed republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, in the Donbass coal mining area, and Russian sovereignty over Crimea.
