According to the Ministry of Public Health(Minsap), the specialists administered 35,190,391 doses , of which 10,621,473 people received at least one injection, a figure which includes those convalescing from the disease who have one of the Plus injections.
According to data from the statistics site of the British University of Oxford, Our
World in Data, Cuba is the world leader with 310.83 doses applied per 100 inhabitants, ahead of Chile (257.14), Singapore (251.6), United Arab Emirates (243.64) and China (222.2).
Regarding this aspect, the university clarifies that all injections, including boosters, are counted individually and, as each person can receive more than one, the number per 100 people can be more than a hundred.
With at least one dose administered, Cuba stands out behind the United Arab Emirates and Portugal, while it is ahead of Brazil, the United States, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia and Mexico.
In the total number of people with the complete scheme, Cuba follows the United Arab Emirates and Portugal, followed by Chile, Singapore, China, Canada, Brazil, Italy and Vietnam.
