He is not just any person deeply involved in creating biolabs in Ukraine, but the very US president, Mr. Volodin wrote on Telegram.

Mr. Volodin stressed that the investment fund by Hunter Biden is one of the financiers of the research and implementation of the US military-biological program in Ukraine. “Obviously Joe Biden, both as father and as head of state, was pretty aware of such activities,” Mr. Volodin noted.

According to the Russian deputy, Joe Biden is bound to explain to the world community the facts ferreted out by the Russian troops in Ukraine, while the US Congress should begin its own investigation.

Mr. Volodin and Senate adopted a resolution to launch a parliamentary investigation into the work of biolabs in Ukraine.

According to Volodin, as part of the parliamentary inquiry, US Under-Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland should be one of the first to be interviewed.

On March 9, speaking at a hearing in the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, she admitted objects in Ukraine where research is being carried out and Washington is trying to prevent them from falling under Russian forces´ control.

However, evidence of an emergency clean-up by Kyiv of traces of the military biological program implemented in Ukraine and financed by the United States was revealed.
