“The events of the last few days show that there is no place in the city that is safe. Recently, the central area of the city was attacked with a (OTR-21) Tochka-U missile outfitted with a cluster munitions warhead,” he told the TASS news agency.

The official pointed out that on Wednesday, a multi-story building in the Kirovski district of the city was hit by a discharge of an BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher system.

“There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that everything prohibited by the Minsk agreements is being used against civilians in the city,” Kulemzin said, noting that the city is bombarded on a daily basis.

According to the representation of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime, yesterday the Ukrainian Armed Forces opened fire on the territory 43 times, firing a total of 331 projectiles.

The cities of Donetsk, Gorlovka, as well as the settlements of Dolomitnoye, Mikhailovka, Panteleymonovka, Yasinovataya, Makeyevka, Lozovoye, Staromikhailovka, Aleksandrovka and Yelenovka were bombed, it published on Telegram.

It was reported that the Ukrainian Army used 122- and 152-millimeter artillery, in addition to multiple rocket launcher systems, which launched 107 projectiles.

As a result, two civilians were killed, while 32 others, including two children, were injured. In turn, 47 housing buildings and another 14 buildings housing civilian infrastructure were damaged.
