Ankara’s executive said the explosives were washed up in the waters from the Ukrainian port city of Odessa.
To eliminate the danger of drifting mines, the Naval Forces Command takes necessary measures in coordination with all relevant institutions and organizations, including the Romanian and Bulgarian Naval Forces, the Turkish military body assured.
The Russian Federal Security Service asserted days ago that Ukrainian militaries laid about 420 mines to prevent the access of Russian forces to the ports of Odessa, Ochakov, Chernomorsk and Yuzhni.
