Its Spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov told the press that the attacks on these facilities took place this morning and were carried out with high-precision missiles launched from the sea and from the air.
He said that Russian Air Force aircraft struck 51 Ukrainian military targets overnight, including two artillery batteries, two multiple rocket launchers, four command posts and two launchers of the Osa-AKM surface-to-air missile system.
Four armament, rocket and artillery depots, as well as 32 points of concentration of military equipment and fortifications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were also eliminated during the night.
In addition, Russian anti-aircraft defenses shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles in the east of the country.
Since the beginning of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, on February 24, Moscow’s forces have eliminated 125 combat aircraft, 88 helicopters, 383 drones, 221 anti-aircraft systems, 1,903 tanks and other armored vehicles, 207 multiple rocket launchers, 805 howitzers and mortars, as well as 1,781 special military vehicles.
