She ratified his government’s adherence to the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of others and advocated for joining forces among all Latin American and Caribbean nations.
The Panamanian diplomat also proposed to increase investments, trade and cooperation in sectors such as logistics.
The parties’ agenda also included issues such as the Panama Canal and the impact of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine on the world economy.
