Venezuelan President met Civic Forum representatives

Caracas, Apr 6 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan president, Nicolas Maduro, held a meeting with members of the Civid Forum, as part of the national dialogue agenda promoted by the Government.

The gathering, which took place in the Simon Bolívar Hall of the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas, was attended by academics, businessmen, health sector members, representatives of human rights organizations, trade unions and religious groups.

The meeting is an example of the Executive´s efforts to reach an understanding and coordination of the positive proposals to be collected in the dialogue process for the nation´s improvement, the participants highlighted.

Also present were Congresswoman Cilia Flores, Mauro Zambrano, Monitor Salud member, William Requejo of Unión Vecina, Enrique Lopez Loyo, of the National Academy of Medicine and Ricardo Cusanno, former president of Fedecamaras.

Also, the member of Movimiento Ciudadano Dale Letra, Mariela Ramírez; the president of Acción Solidaria, Feliciano Reyna; of Observatorio Electoral Venezolano, Luis Lander; the leader of Movimiento de Sindicatos de Base (Mosbase), Pablo Zambrano; the director of Voto Joven, Wanda Cedeño, as well as the academic Juan Luis Sosa and the university professor Keta Stephany.

The Civic Forum reiterated its full recognition of the legitimacy of Maduro and the Bolivarian Government.
