The Cuban Embassy in Namibia tweeted the president’s demand, made during his annual speech on the State of the Nation.

As ratified in a number of international forums, Namibia maintains a position of firm denunciation of the US-imposed blockade against Cuba, which it considers inhumane and unjust.

Cuba, which contributed to the independence of Namibia, sent hundreds of collaborators and specialists in spheres such as education, health care, sports and construction.
