Some 5,337 samples were analyzed at Molecular Biology laboratories to detect the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

Of 1,473 active cases nationwide country, 1,451 have a stable clinical evolution, and 22 people remain in intensive care units, including 13 in a critical condition and nine who are gravelly ill.

The Minsap added that 420 patients were clinically discharged, so the total number of recovered people from Covid-19 rose to 1,090,258 since the outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020. In addition, 1,100,312 cases have been reported over the past two years.

The Minsap reported one death during the day, and the death toll rose to 8,522 during the same period.
