“We ratify our unity around our Process of Change and the Democratic and Cultural Revolution, to continue working for the Bolivian people,” Arce wrote in his Twitter account in reference to the exchange of ideas held the day before with the Unity Pact (PU).
Referring to the political coordination meeting convened by the PU in La Paz, the president highlighted the usefulness of the criteria expressed by representatives of social organizations and by the vice-president of the Plurinational State, David Choquehuanca. Previously, the President stressed before the press the importance of the cohesion between the Movimiento al Socialismo, the PU, the national government and the Plurinational Legislative Assembly for the welfare of the people.
Satisfaction for the progress of the issues discussed at the meeting was expressed by Arce, who reiterated that his Administration will continue the execution of works that improve the quality of life of all Bolivians. “We are very pleased with all that has been advanced and discussed in this meeting, which ratifies once again what the Bolivian people are expecting from us, a commitment to continue doing works and improve the quality of life of each Bolivian”, he insisted.
A proof of the government’s will to favor the improvement of the labor sectors in Bolivia was the delivery this Monday of scholarships to 30 peasant leaders to qualify in an 80-day international course in Colombia.
