We wish you a lot of strength and health so that you can continue fighting for the well-being of your people, who bravely withstand the criminal blockade by the empire,” President Arce wrote on his Twitter account. The two heads of State met on December 15, 2021, at the Palace of the Revolution, in Havana, during Arce’s first official visit to Cuba.
On that occasion, they expressed their willingness to increase political dialogue and promote bilateral cooperation.
