According to Minsap, 9,936,495 Cubans, accounting for 89.7 percent of the population, have already completed the vaccination scheme.

So far, 10,649,132 citizens have received one dose of the homegrown vaccines, 9,397,876 have already received the second vaccine, and 9,090,532 have received the third dose.

Thus, Cuba has accumulated 35,622,723 doses of the Cuban-made Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala vaccines.

According to Cuba’s National Statistics and Information Office (ONEI), at the end of 2020, some 11,180,000 inhabitants had been immunized.
