According to defense sources, the Jeibar-Shekan missile has a range of 1,450 kilometers, while the Emad-3 has a range of 1,700 kilometers and is considered the longest-range tactical ballistic missile in the world. Jeibar-Shekan is the most recent ballistic missile presented by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), first shown in February.
Experts reveal that in the landing phase, the solid fuel precision guided missile provides high maneuverability to pass through anti-missile shields and the time needed to launch it is reduced six times, compared to similar missiles.
