In a message on the occasion of the arrival of Eid-al-Fitr (Islamic holiday for the end of fasting in the holy month of Ramadan), Hibatullah asked Afghans living abroad to return.

However, he warned that if anyone disobeys the amnesty and tries to start a war in the country, he will face a harsh and severe reaction. The supreme leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban movement government) said they work to strengthen education through opening new schools in urban and remote areas of the country for religious and modern education, providing a safe environment for education.

The executive is committed to take more steps in this regard as education is the key to rescue our countrymen and pave the way for development and prosperity of the country, he said.

Hibatullah called on the international community to recognize the Afghan government, he said the executive seeks positive relations with the region and the world.
