The country´s delegation was headed by the secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, Domingos Custódio Vieira Lopes, the source said.
At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Unodc´s mission talked with officials from the Ministries of the Interior, Justice and Human Rights, Foreign Affairs, Economy and Planning, and Social Action, Family and Women´s Promotion.
According to the agency, the talks involved the Unodc regional representative for Southern Africa, Jane Marie Ongolo, and the head of the agency´s office in Mozambique, Marco Teixeira, among other officials.
Angola is a signatory to the UN Convention against corruption, the Mirex recalled when appreciating the importance of relations with the institution, responsible for designing and implementing several international initiatives in this field, as well as in the area of criminal justice and the fight against drugs.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the country has made considerable progress in the fight against corruption as a result of political and economic reforms aimed at improving the management of public resources and the moralization of society.
