We join our voices to those who reject the holding of the event without inviting and guaranteeing participation of the sister Republics of Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba, states the text, also signed by Fernanda Gil Lozano, of the Partido del Trabajo y la Equidad and Andrés Bercum, of the Corriente Peronista Descamisados.

The United States cannot arrogate to itself the power of excluding any country. There is no summit if it is not with everyone, the joint statement adds.

The document was also signed by Juan Domingo Franco, Free People’s Organizations; Ana Valentino (October Movement); Joaquin Ribera (Justicialist Party of Buenos Aires City) and Andres Rodriguez (Nuevo Encuentro).

It is also supported by Gustavo Cardesa (Intransigente), Jorge Drkos (Transversal Front) and Martin de Carlonis (La Simon Bolivar).

During his visit to Germany, as part of a tour of Europe, President Alberto Fernandez urged the Summit organizers to reconsider their position and invite all Latin American countries.
