In a statement on the occasion of the International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, the head of State considered non-derogable commitments to respect for the rights of all people and the equality among citizens, recognized by the Consatitution and International Law.

Solidarity and responsibility are the basis of our common coexistence, the president said while affirming that only mutual understanding can lead to the full acceptance of all that is from other as of oneself and the recognition of each individuality.
