Greetings from #Cuba to the participants in the First ALBA DIGITAL Meeting, a fertile space to exchange experiences and strengthen alliances between our countries in the face of the fierce communications war that is being waged against us. #ALBAUnida, the president wrote on his Twitter profile.
A total of 13 countries will participate in this meeting of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People’s Trade Treaty (ALBA-TCP), which is being held this June 28 at the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs located in Caracas.
The representations of Cuba, Venezuela and Bolivia will participate in person, while the rest of the guests will do so through the Zoom platform.
According to recent statements made by the Vice-Minister of Communication Management of the host country, Isbemar Jiménez, the idea is to set strategies and exchange experiences on how to face the media blockade and the hegemony of the great centers of power.
