According to the interpreter, the recital is part of a series of projects initiated during the pandemic, including the launching of an electronic book with a selection of songs signed by her Ada Elba Perez.
The show will be the occasion for the notes of iconic pieces contained in the album Travesia Magica(Magical adventure), a phonogram modified seven times since its release more than a quarter of a century ago and featuring some thirty songs.
After the presentation in Cuba, Hevia will offer a children’s concert at the Pequeño Teatro Gran Vía in Madrid, Spain, on July 16 and 17, she will also dedicate the recital Tantas vidas (So many lives) to adult audiences at the same venue.
The initiative Mi niña imaginada also includes the making of a documentary series of the same name, which emerged in 2020 as a way of recording all the social work she has carried out since the 1980s to date in hospitals, communities and cultural projects in the country and abroad.
