Spokesman for the ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov said that, on July 14, an attack was carried out with high-precision Kalibr missiles launched from the sea against a military house in the city of Vinnitsa.

In the usual military update, the spokesman explained that, at the time of the attack, a meeting was taking place in the building between senior officials of the Ukrainian air force and foreign arms suppliers.

Konashenkov said that the Ukrainian soldiers and their foreign suppliers were discussing new supplies of aircraft, air defense systems and the repair of Kiev’s air fleet.

The major general reported that those assembled were eliminated in the attack.
